Maple Syrup Fondue

  • Maple syrup – 125ml

  • Cornstarch – 15ml

  • Water – 15ml

  • Cream 35% – 125ml

  • Fruit of your choice


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Mix the cornstarch with water in a small container until you have a smooth solution.

Set aside.

Step 2: Mixing and Cooking

In a saucepan suitable for fondue on your stove, bring the maple syrup to a boil.

Then add the diluted starch mixture and the cream.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the mixture thickens, which should take around 5 minutes.

Step 3: Dressing

Then place the fondue stove in the center of the table, set it to the function intended for chocolate fondue, and place the fondue pot on it. Serve this fondue with a selection of fruits!
