Here are the different steps to follow:
Step 1: Preparation
Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into large, evenly-sized sticks.
Then immerse them in a bowl of cold water for around 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the water and add the Poutine Saint Hubert sauce mixture. Mix well and heat until smooth.
Keep warm.
Step 2: Cooking
After soaking, drain the fries and dry them carefully with a clean cloth.
Preheat your deep fryer and cook the fries until they reach a nice golden color and are crispy.
Step 3: Dressage
Drain the fries on paper towels and arrange in bowls. Immediately add the couic-couic cheese, drizzle with the hot brown sauce, and serve immediately!
