Ingredients

  • Maple syrup – As much as you like

  • Butter – 50 g

  • Milk – 450 ml

  • Flour – 250 g

  • Sugar – 3 c. with soup

  • Eggs – 4

  • Salt – 1 pinch

  • Vanilla extract – 1 c. with soup

  • Seasonal fruit

Recipe

Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Take the milk out of the fridge to room temperature and melt the butter in the microwave.

Step 2: Mixing

Mix the sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.

Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture, then add the milk a little at a time, whisking vigorously to prevent lumps forming.

Before letting the dough rest for 30 minutes, add the vanilla extract to the mixture.

Step 3: Cooking

Heat a knob of butter in a frying pan, then pour in a ladleful of batter.

Cook the pancakes on both sides until nicely browned.

Step 4: Dressage

Serve your crêpes on pretty plates and coat them with delicious maple syrup.

Then add seasonal fruit as desired.
