Recipe
Here are the different steps to follow:
Step 1: The Mix
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and milk.
Gradually pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl containing the flour and other dry ingredients. Mix well until you get a smooth paste.
Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cooking
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little butter. For each pancake, pour a small ladle of batter into the pan.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip it and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
Step 3: Dressing
Serve your pancakes hot, with maple syrup or maple butter depending on your preference!
