French Toast with Banana and Maple Syrup

  • Maple syrup - without moderation

  • Cane sugar – 75g

  • Eggs – 3

  • Milk – 25 cl

  • Bananas – 2

  • Bread – 6 slices


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: The Stuffing

Peel and slice the bananas, mash them with the maple syrup and set aside.

Step 2: Taste

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and milk.

Dip the slices of bread completely in it one after the other

Step 3: Cooking

Melt butter in the pan and cook the buns on each side until lightly browned.

Step 4: Dressing

Two options:

The toast, you simply place your banana with maple syrup on top (and add a little syrup because you never have enough).

The sandwich, you cut your slices in half and use the banana as a topping for this sandwich.

You can add a dose of icing sugar if desired.
