Maple Sugar Cookies

Here are the different steps to follow:

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate and baking powder.

In another bowl, mix the butter and maple sugar until smooth.

Add the egg and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients.

Form dough balls with teaspoons and place on ungreased baking sheets.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

You can eat them alone or with a glass of hot or cold milk!
