Fondue et fruits

  • Maple Syrup – 125ml

  • Corn starch – 15ml

  • Water – 15ml

  • Cream 35% – 125ml

  • Fruit of your choice


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Mix cornstarch with water in a small container until a homogeneous solution is obtained.

Set aside.

Step 2: Mixing and cooking

In a fondue pot on your stovetop, bring the maple syrup to the boil.

Then stir in the diluted cornstarch mixture and the cream.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the mixture thickens, which should take around 5 minutes.

Step 3: Dressage

Then place the fondue warmer in the center of the table, set it to the function for chocolate fondue, and place the fondue pot on top. Serve this fondue with a selection of fruits!
