Maple porridge recipe

Our recipe is simple to make, and extremely addictive. Use with caution ;)

  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

  • Quantity: 2-3 people

  • Maple sugar
    – 2 tablespoons

  • Oat flakes – 250g

  • Water or milk – 500 ml

  • Salt – 1 pinch


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Bring the water or milk to the boil.

Add the oats and reduce the heat.

Cook the oats, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Stir in the maple sugar and a pinch of salt.

Step 3: Dressage

This is a dish that’s best served hot, so you can put it in a bowl and drizzle it gently with maple syrup if you want to make it sweeter.
