The perfect breakfast!

There’s nothing like a plateful of pancakes for a successful breakfast in bed!

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes (+ 30 minutes marinade)

  • Cooking time: 20 minutes
  • Quantity : 4 persons

  • Maple syrup
    – 100ml

  • Flour – 250g

  • Milk – 300ml

  • Eggs – 2

  • Butter – 50g

  • Sugar – 30g

  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: The Mix

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and milk.

Gradually pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl containing the flour and other dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.

Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Cooking

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little butter. For each pancake, pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then turn it over and cook on the other side until golden brown.

Repeat until all the dough is used up.

Step 3: Dressage

Serve your pancakes warm, with maple syrup or maple butter, as you prefer!
