Maple Syrup Glazed Chicken

  • Maple syrup – 100ml

  • Chicken thighs – 4

  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp. soup

  • Salt and pepper


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Prepare the Meat

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Mix the maple syrup and Dijon mustard, coat the chicken with the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Cooking

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 3: Dressing

Add to this a bowl of jasmine rice and some steamed vegetables and your plate will be perfect!
