Recipe
Here are the different steps to follow:
Step 1: Preparation
Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into large sticks of uniform size.
Then immerse them in a salad bowl filled with cold water for about 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the water and add the Saint Hubert Poutine sauce mixture. Mix well and heat until you obtain a very smooth substance.
Keep the mixture warm.
Step 2: Cooking
After soaking, drain the fries and dry them carefully using a clean cloth.
Preheat your air fryer and cook the fries until they reach a nice golden color and are crispy.
Step 3: Dressing
Drain the fries on paper towels then arrange them in bowls. Immediately add the couic-couic cheese, drizzle with the hot brown sauce, and serve immediately!
