Melting and comforting

Our recipe is simple to make, and extremely addictive. Use with caution ;)

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • Cooking time: 35 minutes

  • Shortcrust pastry – 1

  • Maple syrup – 250 ml

  • Eggs – 2

  • Flour – 50 g

  • 35% whipping cream – 125 ml

  • Pumpkin puree – 420 ml

  • Whipped cream


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat oven to 190°.

Place the shortcrust pastry in a suitable tart tin.

Step 2: Mixing

In a bowl, mix eggs, maple syrup and flour until smooth.

Add the cream and pumpkin compote and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry.

Step 3: Cooking

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or wait until the pastry turns golden.

Leave to cool slightly on a rack.

Step 4: Dressage

Sprinkle with maple sugar and serve with whipped cream, according to taste.
