Tasting notes
COLOR
Rich amber color with orange reflections.
NOSE
Complex, from which emanates aromas of applesauce, brioche and caramel.
MOUTH
A rich and complex ice cider reminiscent of ice wines or fine sauternes. Well-balanced between sugar and acidity, it presents sweet flavors of dried apricot and honey. Revealing a smooth texture, it lingers for a long time in an exquisite finish.
HOW TO SERVE IT
