Fire Cider is a refined blend of McIntosh, Cortland and Spartan apples.
A taste on par with the greatest bottles in the world, with aromas of caramel, honey, stewed apples and sweet spices for a mellow texture.

Description
Fermentation for 3 months in stainless steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels for 6 to 9 months.
Blend of McIntosh, Cortland, and Spartan apples.
Amber color with coppery reflections, complex smell and aromas of sweet spices, stewed apples, orange peel, caramel and honey, and a soft texture and frank acidity that reveal a long and persistent finish.
To be served at the end of a meal or to accompany a plate of cheeses.
Drink now or age up to 10 years. Once the bottle is opened, it can be kept up to 10 days in a cool place
Chilled between 6 and 8 °C or stored between 16 and 18 °C.
