Between sea and forest

Our recipe is simple to make, and extremely addictive. Use with caution ;)

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes (+ 30 minutes marinade)

  • Cooking time: 20 minutes
  • Quantity : 4 persons

  • Maple syrup
    – 60ml

  • Salmon – 4 fillets

  • Soy sauce – 2 c. with soup

  • Garlic – 1 clove chopped

  • Salt and pepper


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Marinade

Marinate salmon fillets in a mixture of maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Cooking

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Step 3: Dressage

Finally, place the salmon on a plate and serve with basmati rice, steamed vegetables or even mashed potatoes.
