Tender and caramelized

Our recipe is simple to make, and extremely addictive. Use with caution ;)

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • Cooking time: 25 minutes

  • Quantity : 4 persons

  • Maple syrup
    – 30ml

  • Brussels sprouts – 500g

  • Olive Oil – 30ml

  • Salt & Pepper


Here are the different steps to follow:

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.

In a bowl, combine cabbage, oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Cooking

Spread the choux on a baking sheet.

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

Step 3: Dressage

You can eat them on their own or with jasmine rice, for example!
